CX Group Tests collects account email, password hash, full name, phone, Discord username, optional Telegram username, US shipping address, acknowledgments, session records, commitment records, and operational audit records.
This information is used for account access, group-buy coordination, shipping coordination, security, support, and required operational records.
CX Group Tests uses a transactional email provider for customer confirmation emails and private owner alerts. The provider processes the message recipient, sender, reply-to address, subject, and confirmation content: customer name, account email where applicable, Discord and optional Telegram username for owner alerts, commitment ID, selected RUO SKUs, quantities, option selections, prices, totals, deadline, payment timing, delivery estimate, and admin link. Shipping address and phone are not included in notification emails.
Customer details are handled by administrators only. The app does not publish a public roster and does not sell personal information.
Records are retained until operations, support, security, shipping, and recordkeeping no longer require them.
